A garden pavilion on the edge of streets, a square and park defines the urban spaces along with its connection. The positioning, scale and figure indicate an important civic structure for the municipality and create both a public space and the entrance to the park. It therefore would have to be placed at the centre point of the territory at the final tram stop. It is informal inside, for children and free-time. The spatial structure resembles old cities with streets and squares which are conducive to spending time in. The character is open, but also comprehensible and safe.
